Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at GDMonsterToys®. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our return, refund, and exchange policy. Please take a moment to read the following guidelines to familiarize yourself with the process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

1.1. We only accept refund requests for full-price building block toys purchased directly from GDMonsterToys®.
1.2. The following items are non-refundable:
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Toys purchased from third-party retailers, distributors, or unauthorized sellers.
  • Gift cards, digital vouchers, or downloadable products.
    1.3. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the purchase date. We regret that we cannot process refunds for requests made after this period.
    1.4. To qualify for a refund, you must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or invoice).

2. Return Conditions

2.1. Returned toys must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition (same as delivered), with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
2.2. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item fails to meet the above conditions.
2.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

3. Return & Refund Process

3.1. To initiate a return or refund, contact our customer support team at gd@gdmonstertoys.com with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Supporting evidence (e.g., photos of unopened packaging, defect details if applicable)
    3.2. Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide further instructions (e.g., return shipping label or drop-off information).
    3.3. Carefully package the item(s) as instructed and send it back to us.
    3.4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm whether your refund is approved.
    3.5. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
    3.6. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

4.1. Exchanges are only offered for toys that are defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery (not due to customer misuse).
4.2. To request an exchange, follow the return process outlined in Section 3 and specify "exchange" in your request.
4.3. After verifying the defect/damage, we will ship the replacement toy to your original shipping address at no additional cost (for the replacement item).
4.4. We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style preferences—please refer to the return/refund process for such requests (if eligible).
